NEW YORK, NEW YORK — Economic Mobility Corporation is a non-profit research and evaluation organization that designs and evaluates programs and policies that help disadvantaged populations advance in the labor market. Mobility will use this grant to evaluate whether the 741 Workforce Collaborative a promising neighborhood-based collaborative employment initiative on Chicago's South Side is successful in developing a pipeline of residents who can move into jobs, and provide information about the program's methods, processes, and functions that will help inform future programs and policies.
The MacArthur Foundation awarded Economic Mobility Corporation $150,000 between 2010 and 2013.
