NEW YORK, NEW YORK — The International Women's Health Coalition (IWHC), the Realizing Sexual and Reproductive Justice (RESURJ) network, and the Development Alternatives with Women for a New Era (DAWN) will work as an alliance to advocate for reproductive health in the upcoming reviews of the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) Program of Action, the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), and the Rio conference on sustainable development. DAWN and IWHC will host global strategy meetings, carry out regional and national training workshops for advocates, conduct country case studies to identify challenges and opportunities in reproductive health, and participate in the preparatory and official ICPD, MDG, and Rio review processes
