CHICAGO, ILLINOIS — Loyola University's Civitas ChildLaw Center seeks to improve the quality of representation and access to justice for children and families. Since 2005, the Center has been the Illinois Models for Change lead entity, guiding the system reform efforts by identifying policy priorities and strategies, coordinating technical assistance provided by national experts, and assessing the quality of the work and its impact on the overall administration of juvenile justice. It will use this grant to sustain existing Models for Change efforts and create a leadership structure that can carry juvenile justice system reform into the future.
