The organization seeks to use its members' expertise and entrepreneurial approach to identify obstacles to preserving affordable rental housing and develop promising strategies to overcome them, including policy and regulatory reform, practical business collaboration, and applied research. Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future will use this grant to continue to provide practitioner-informed leadership on a wide range of federal policies, regulations, and guidelines that affect affordable rental housing preservation.
