    GENEVA, SWITZERLAND — The United Nations Institute for Training and Research Operational Satellite Applications Programme (UNOSAT) will use MacArthur funding to supply operational and investigative support for human rights situations to the UN Secretariat, UN sister agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other international organizations. The project provides satellite analysis capabilities to these human rights entities, strengthening international human rights investigations and increasing the likelihood for action by the international community in the face of mass violations of human rights.
