SEBASTOPOL, CALIFORNIA — Conservation Strategy Fund (CSF) teaches economics to conservation professionals in high biodiversity countries, building permanent capacity in regions where it is greatly needed but in short supply. This grant builds out a Spanish language online training hub in their website, conducts analyses of development projects that set policy precedents, and supports technical assistance to the government of Peru to align incentives for sustainable development.

SEBASTOPOL, CALIFORNIA — Conservation Strategy Fund is a U.S.-based private charity that works to develop fluency of economic concepts and language throughout the global conservation community. The MACEI grant will build a reserve fund sufficient to cover six months of operational expenses and strengthen strategic and operational capacity to spread economics skills among conservation professionals.
The MacArthur Foundation awarded Conservation Strategy Fund $1,050,000 between 2010 and 2013.
