A new report by the MacArthur-supported Lawyers' Committee for Better Housing finds that the foreclosure crisis continues to affect tenants, particularly renters in low-to-moderate-income African American and Latino/Hispanic community areas in Chicago, and that banks and other lending institutions are making the problem worse by willfully ignoring tenants rights.
